Position at GroupM Nexus

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with different agencies SPOC on client reporting, automation, and visualization of these reports.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

• Understand the structure and interworking of GMS and GroupM agencies.
• Gain in depth knowledge along with certification

• Media tools - Industry standards and GroupM proprietary toolset
• GMS processes

In six months:

• Understand end user/client reporting and dashboarding requirements.
• Translate the requirement for the team to develop a usable reporting automation solution.
• Leading a team of 1-2 team members

In 12 months:

• Master of the reporting processes, tools and deliverables
• Continuously identify improvement areas for process and product
• Implement new and innovative ideas bringing in improved quality and efficiency.
• Responsible for performance review

What your day job looks like at GroupM:

• Connecting with your Lead on project/client requirement
• Interaction with various GroupM agencies in reference to your client requirement
• Working on building something new everyday

What you will bring:

• You are good with SQL (SSMS)/MySQL/Azure
• You are good with Data visualization tools like Tableau/Power Bi
• You have worked on Data Warehousing, Data Management, Data Analytics
• You are familiar with Azure Data factory, pipeline, data bricks.
• Good to have .Net/JS or any other front-end development tool knowledge.

Minimum qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in the Data Analytics domain
• Minimum 4-6 years in a role of Data Analyst/Software Engineer/Full Stack developer
• Good communication skills (spoken & written)
