Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Group Ticketing Executive to join our team. The Group Ticketing Executive will be responsible for managing group bookings and reservations, ensuring seamless service for clients traveling in large groups. The ideal candidate will have experience in the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex itineraries and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Group Bookings Management:
• Handle group booking inquiries and reservations from clients, including corporate clients, schools, and tour operators.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure group rates and reservations.
• Prepare and present group travel proposals and quotations to clients.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their group bookings.
• Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and special requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all group travel arrangements meet the clients' requirements and expectations.
• Itinerary Planning:
• Plan and organize complex travel itineraries for groups, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and activities.
• Work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Ensure that all travel arrangements are coordinated and confirmed well in advance of the departure date.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and distribute travel documents, including tickets, itineraries, and travel insurance policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all group bookings, payments, and communications.
• Provide regular reports on group booking activities and performance to the Ticketing Manager.
• Vendor Relations:
• Establish and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
• Negotiate group rates and contracts with travel suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
• Sales and Promotion:
• Promote group travel packages and special offers to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to attract new clients.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless coordination of group travel arrangements.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior staff as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a ticketing or travel coordination role, preferably with a focus on group bookings.
• Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems and travel booking platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
