• Leverage advanced ATS (preferably Workday) to streamline recruitment processes and maintain rigorous compliance and reporting standards.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with at least 5+ years of experience in technical or sales operations recruiting.
• Strong understanding of the environmental, sustainability, or relevant industrial sectors (IT/Finance/HR/Consulting).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and comprehensive Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
