Assist the Business Development team and Pricing team in pricing for Group Term Life quotes, engaging and communicating with clients, analysing data and working on projects relating to automation of process.Your Role :Key Responsibilities:1. Develop a thorough and up to date knowledge of group insurance industry2. Performing Pricing for Group Term Life Reinsurance quotes3. Prepare Client communications for Group Quotes as per MR standards4. Analysis group data and share insight relating to Group Term Life business5. Monitor experience of group business6. Work on projects relating to automation of group pricing and quote generation process7. Support Pricing Team and Business Development Team on Group Business related projects, as may be necessary.8. Preparing MIS and sharing insight with internal stake holders9. Monitoring Group Term Life quotation flow between clients and pricing team to improve turnaround time (TAT's)Your Profile:
Education & Experience Essential: Post-Graduation/ MBA MS excel, VBA Good to Have: Knowledge of group products including product features and benefits 2-3 Actuarial papers
Competencies: Strong computer skills e.g. MS Excel, VBA (essential) Exposure on Group Term Life business (preferred) Strong technical and analytical skills, logical and concise in approach and demonstrate attention to detail.
