:KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESxc2xb7 Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specs, and aggressively unblockthe engineer teams to execute fastxc2xb7 Define a thoughtful, detailed, and executable rollout strategy for new features, releases, andproducts.xc2xb7 Write business cases, perform ROIs, and prioritize and write user stories; partner with productdevelopment team to break things down and plan them into releases.xc2xb7 Cultivate product positioning and benefit statements, partnering with the marketing andcommunication team to create collateral that generates excitement and makes it easy for ourpotential customers to adopt and understand the benefits.xc2xb7 Measure the performance of product launches and iterate to successxc2xb7 Focus on building value for our business, not just features; develop innovative and unique productofferings by leveraging knowledge of the key market challenges that already exist in competitorproducts.xc2xb7 Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making, while also developing keystakeholder relationships in various locations.xc2xb7 Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstratingpositive behaviors in harmony with DP World's Founder's Principles, values and culture; ensuring thehighest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World's Code ofConduct and Ethics policiesxc2xb7 Perform other related duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSxc2xb7 Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or Technology.xc2xb7 MBA with Supply Chain work or ecommerce experience a big plus. 6-10 years of productmanagement experience in technology companies with background in international trade, ecommerce, & logistics.xc2xb7 Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.xc2xb7 Strong oral and written communication skills to influence others, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, and prioritize with sound judgement.xc2xb7 Demonstrated ability to turn customer needs and pain points into innovative products.
