Our client is a leading Indian manufacturer with multiple manufacturing plants across the country and its products have applications automotive, railways, construction and material handling Industry

Responsible for overall P&L, budgeting and Operational and Capital expense of manufacturing units across the country
Design, implement and monitor the systems and processes to create and sustain a modern, efficient and technology enabled manufacturing across India
Accountable for recruitment and development of team
Ensure operations for a large manufacturing facility with multiple operating lines which involves mechanical processes
Accountable for ensuring all the compliance applicable at the manufacturing unit
Ensure health and safety protocols during all stages of production

Graduation in B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech or Equivalent with an overall experience of 18-25 years with at-least 10+ of experience in leading Manufacturing Plants for Automotive Component manufacturing plants
