Pricing Specialist - (3-8 Years) - MumbaiLooking for CA/CMA professionals or MBA Qualified with extensive experience in Forecasting, Pricing, Revenue Assurance, Deal Pricing, Commercial Contract Review and Contract Negotiations. - Creating and reviewing commercial construct of the deals.
- Financial Modeling, Pricing analysis, forecasting etc.
- Understand customers requirement & propose win-win deal structuring, including financial engineering required.
- Working with internal and external clients to structure, prepare, negotiate commercial proposals, etc.
- Understanding of P&L items & its analysis Experience in BPO Industry Deal Comparison.
- Contract Negotiation Good Communication Skills Work on Pricing and structuring commercial term for proposal /response to RFP/RFI.
- Commercial review of contracts and redlining of the relevant clauses.
- Ability to handle the teams and prior experience of team management.
- knowledge of Financial Management frameworks.
