Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the DPW SOC, ensuring the timely and effective detection, analysis, and response to security incidents.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline SOC processes and workflows.
Monitor SOC performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. Track and monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) related to incident response and resolution, ensuring compliance and timely escalation as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, IT teams, legal, internal/external audit and external partners.
Communicate SOC initiatives, priorities, and achievements to stakeholders, and address their concerns or feedback as needed.
Develop and maintain SOC staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for 24/7 monitoring and response operations. Manage SOC analyst shifts and rotations, balancing workload distribution and ensuring adherence to established schedules.
Design and implement SOC dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track key metrics, including incident volumes, response times, and SLA compliance.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on SOC performance, incident trends, and security posture to senior management and stakeholders.
Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within SOC operations.
Drive innovation within the SOC by identifying opportunities for process automation, tool enhancement, and workflow optimization.
Support & improve \'centre-of-excellence\' for IT security & governance in DP World.
OTHER * Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World\'s Founder\'s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World\'s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSKnowledge and Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GCIH) preferred.
10+ years of proven experience managing a SOC or similar cybersecurity operations environment.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, incident response methodologies, and threat detection techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and dashboard development.
