SummaryWe are seeking a Group Manager with Experience: 8-10 years in BPO, with 5+ years in Training & Development Must have worked in the Utilities & Energy sector (electricity, gas, water services BPO) The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Training Content Optimization, Adult Learning Principles/Andragogy, and Instructional Design.
