Group Manager Legal
Job Description
Global Experience in Drafting and reviewing of all types of legal documents i.e. Customer agreements, Vendor Agreements, MoUs, SoWs, Letters, Deeds in the IT/ITEs/Technology sector. Global Exp in Merger and Acquisitions, Exp. In Employee/HR/Labor related matters Advise to cross-functional stakeholders on a variety of client projects, strategy, risk management and other legal matters.
Assist with strategy, registration and maintenance of Company\xe2\x80\x99s Patents, Trademarks, and other IP assets. Dealing with Govt. Authorities, Agencies i.e. NDA, GNDA, Police, RTO etc, Should be a key contributor to our legal team\xe2\x80\x99s efforts in preparation and implementation of our legal processes, policies, templates, and practices, and related trainings, Litigation Management, Support the legal department in other areas, as needed.
