Job Description
1. Responsible for Production Planning & Scheduling of products (formulations). 2. Review , Tracking e xecution of manufacturing and dispatch schedule for Daily, weekly and monthly basis. 3. Coordinating activities with CFT to achieve the SLA, targeted schedule of dosage forms. and Monitoring and maintaining Dispensing to Dispatch. 4. Coordinating to CFT for optimum Capacity utilization and achieving the monthly production targets by accounting resources (Man/Machine, Materials) and reviewing validation capacities . 5. Responsible to account on time new product (Registration) and new launches by accounting all resources planning. 6. Coordination with SCM for demand & planning , Purchase , packaging development , Logistics, QC, QA and other departments for smooth functioning and accomplishing production as per customer requirements & organizational guidelines. 7. Monitoring & controlling inventory during the production process, WIPs (Blend and SFG) and FG on month on month basis. Participate to review annual operation projection (AOP) to identify bottleneck & its enhancement. 8. Ensuring & coordination for alternate vendor development process for on time execution. 9. Preparing consolidated plan Vs Actual reports & share to CFT
