• Maintenance Group Leader Engineering is responsible for various types of activities in the service floor like Operation and maintenance of HVAC & Compressed air system & Nitrogen plant. Also responsible for filter cleaning, whole plant AC\xe2\x80\x99s, cooling systems, small projects, improvement, new initiatives, energy saving, modification, automation, new process developments. etc. of site.
• To have adequate knowledge of ISO guidelines 14644-3, ISO Class-8 facility, HVAC systems, Validation of HVAC and pressure balancing in the clean room.
• To work as per cGMP guideline and upkeep the HVAC facility and all time readiness for audit.
• Implementation of periodical servicing, annual maintenance and other Engineering related works
• Implementing improvement programs and its changes.
• Identifying the critical spares, consumables for the service floor area and keep them in stock.
• Preparation of operation and maintenance plans.

• Leads work area and personal safety and make ensures the whole execution activity would be performed as per site safety compliance and procedures.
• Implementation of contractor safety and induction, also routine evaluation of safe practices.
• Work in ERP, and other QMS software\xe2\x80\x99s.
• To use the problem solving tools to find out the root cause of any failure and implement the CAPA accordingly
• To perform any other job as assigned by reporting supervisor.
• Also has to take care the operation and maintenance of Remaining utilities like Chillers, hot water pumps, cooling towers, Boilers, Water systems, ETP, Fire pump house, Electrical systems, safety compliance activities, Building maintenance of non-manufacturing area.
• Should have the knowledge of the BMS and it\xe2\x80\x99s control systems.

• Contractor finalization and onboarding as per site compliance and site timelines.
• Has knowledge of clean rooms, utility equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Having good analytical skills to manage the budget and assist to Utility leader.
• Allocate resources according to requirements, also pre-plan resources by looking at the quantum of works.
• Lead procurements and invoicing of the assigned area and adhere the compliances. (Monitor invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.)
• Track activities & deliverables, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Lead GEP documentation like qualification, validation, change management, Project management and other quality-related engineering documentation.
• Develop effective ways to measure and analyze the operation and maintenance progress. Common strategies for documenting a maintenance & operation include data collection and verbal and written status reports.
• Complete knowledge on the GxP, QMS.
• Evaluate and identify the Energy savings projects, simplifications of procedures, revising the procedures or processes to eliminate the non-value added works.

Qualifications

• Engineering Diploma/ Degree may apply with a minimum of 10-15+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the pharma manufacturing (oral \xe2\x80\x93 solid) /personal healthcare/FMCG plant in green & brownfield projects.
• B.E/ B. Tech/ Diploma in Mech/Elect/Instrumentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Good Analytical skills in excel.
