Role Description The Job Shop - India is currently seeking a qualified Group Head/ACD Copy And Art to join us in our Mumbai office. This is a full-time on-site role where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of copy and art directors, creating client\'s advertising campaigns and managing projects from brief to delivery while maintaining a high level of creativity and strategic understanding. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Advertising. A proven track record of creating engaging and innovative advertising campaigns that meet clients\' needs. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor\'s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate strategic and creative concepts to clients, as well as internal departments. A strong understanding of digital and social media marketing and how they can be integrated into advertising campaigns. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
