You will guide Group Function Global Operations, FBS-Finance Business Services, withing Global Cash collection Support with an end-to-end process view, leading virtual teams and facilitating change by influencing people without formal authority, in order to achieve financial targets, compliance to directives and standards, and operational excellence, acting as a role model and a change ambassador What you will do Driving the development and implementation of robust transformational projects, championing strategic improvements in execution, including transitions, standardization, streamlining, and automation & digitalization, acting as an organisational change in the Credit to Cash organization and serving as a lead and advisor for large scale, cross functional, functional groups and region, with a high-quality deliverable generation focus, as well as develop skills and capabilities for the future. Offering integrated, effective and scalable approaches to continuously assess and optimize current state processes to remove non-value-added work, through cross-functional collaboration within the Credit to Cash organization Working collaboratively with Functional Owner, operations, Process Leads, as well as SMEs from other organizations,to proactively identifying area for program, processes and function improvement, to positively impact the performance & efficiency of the Credit to Cash function, ensuring that the proper tools are in place to support the teams and the processes Work across functions and regions to establish future finance processes as part of the new ERP implementation, clearly structuring and communicating findings to stakeholders ensuring alignment to core standard processes. Actively promoting automation initiatives and operational improvements & standardization within the organization by implementing knowledge sharing opportunities on current automation / RPA tools & facilitating change by influencing people without formal authority You will bring !! Education: Academic degree in Business Administration Finance, Accounting, Economic or similar field(Full time) with solid knowledge of the Credit to Cash end to end processes Minimum of 8+ years proven leadership experience in Credit to cash / Collection organizations with SSC/GBS/BPO, working across multicultural environment and geographically dispersed teams, in a cross-functional, fast-paced international environment Stakeholder engagement, ability to work with virtual teams, with strong change management and influencing skills comfortable flexing communication styles to facilitate consensus. Fluent in English, with strong business communication skills. Several years of experience in SAP (preferred, but not must have: S/4 HANA) preferably involving the implementation of SAP S/4HANA/ RPA. Solid specific functional knowledge in the Collection and Dispute management area, including collection strategies & good understanding and knowledge on testing practices for SAP deployments. Passion for transformation (automation/digitalization) resilience and perseverance. Strong client service attitude and emotional intelligence. Problem Solving with a Consultant approach.
