Job Overview



The CEO will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Real-estate industry in our company. They will oversee the operations, strategy, finance, purchase and growth of the company. This is a full-time executive position based in Jalandhar, Ludhiana & Chandigarh India. The ideal candidate should have more than 20+ years of experience in the Real estate industry.

Min 20-25 yrs of Experience as an CEO or VP operations or any senior management post in any reputed real estate north Indian company.



Must have MBA in Operations, Marketing & Finance or in civil.



Can lead Operations, purchasing, finance & sales and marketing of different projects.



Make strategic and financial decisions that determine the company's trajectory, and work with teams to monitor budgets and resources



From land acquisition to handover the project complete



Ensure the company's organizational structure is effective, and promote an environment that supports management development



Establish and maintain effective communication systems to ensure everyone understands their responsibilities



Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places from Real Estate Sector.



Will be responsible for P&L Of Real Estate Business and across projects.



Responsible for the overall Operation Strategy, Project Controls & planning, Project Feasibility, Cost Control, Budgeting, Monitoring, P&L, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up,of projects assigned.



Profile includes business development, tendering, execution of project within time and contractual parameters, closing contract, team building, customer relationship, etc



Execution- including selection and management of Architects- Local/International, Consultants, Vendors and Co-ordination for project approvals with statutory authorities



Having strong exposure in Township, High Rise, Mixed Used, IT Parks, Malls, Large Residential & Commercial Projects from Real Estate & Construction companies at National / Zonal and Global responsibilities, with professional companies and competitive environment.

Roles And Responsibilities



Develop and execute the company's strategic plans and objectives Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective functioning of all departments Lead and manage a team of executives and provide guidance and support Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the Real-estate industry Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities Ensure compliance with regulations and legal requirements Manage financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation Drive continuous improvement and innovation in all areas of the company Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and media engagements. Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to the Executive Management Team to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies' Estate Acquisition, development. Assist the Board of Directors in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market share, profitability and return on investment. SOPs Implementations. Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives (increase in profits, increase in market share, return on investment, etc.)./EBITA. Set departments' high-level goals, objectives and plans and work with them on attaining such goals by closely monitoring their operations. Review the operating results of the company & compare them to established objectives and goals, and follow-up to ensure appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results. Establish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the company to ensure that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities of all executives are clearly defined and understood.

Qualifications And Skills



Minimum of 15+ years of experience in the Real-estate industry Proven track record of successful leadership and management Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Experience in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and legal requirements Financial management and budgeting skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement Proactive and result-oriented mindset

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per month
