We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a CPL Ground Instructor. Whether you're a fresh graduate or an experienced professional, if you hold a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and are passionate about aviation education, we invite you to apply. As a CPL Ground Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ground instruction, helping students build a strong foundation in aviation theory and practice.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct ground instruction sessions for CPL students, covering topics such as air regulations, flight planning, aircraft systems, navigation, meteorology, and aerodynamics.
2. Develop and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that align with the institute's curriculum and regulatory requirements.
3. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to students, helping them grasp complex aviation concepts and preparing them for written exams and practical flight training.
4. Evaluate student progress and performance through regular assessments and feedback sessions.
5. Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to continuously improve teaching methodologies and course content.
7. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:
1. Hold a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
2. Previous experience as a ground instructor or aviation educator preferred but not required for fresher candidates.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing instructional needs.
6. Proficiency in using educational technology and tools for instructional purposes.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
