Overview:

Vision Flying Training Institute is a prestigious institution renowned for its comprehensive flying training programs. We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Ground Instructor to join our team. The Ground Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality ground instruction to aspiring pilots, ensuring they acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge and skills required for a successful aviation career.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Instructional Delivery:

- Conduct engaging and effective classroom instruction on aviation theory subjects such as aerodynamics, navigation, meteorology, aircraft systems, regulations, and procedures.

- Utilize approved training materials and resources to enhance learning outcomes.

- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and student needs.

2. Curriculum Development :

- Assist in the development and refinement of course curricula in collaboration with the Chief Ground Instructor and Subject Matter Experts.

- Update instructional materials to reflect current regulations, industry standards, and technological advancements.

3. Student Evaluation and Support:

- Assess student progress through quizzes, exams, and practical assessments.

- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their understanding and performance.

- Offer additional support and guidance to students who require extra assistance.

4. Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory requirements and institute policies in all instructional activities.

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and instructional hours.

5. Professional Development:

- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in aviation education.

- Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance instructional skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Ground Instructor or related role in aviation education.

- In-depth knowledge of aviation theory, regulations, and procedures.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- CPL Holder
