Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a GRE/Hostess at ThinkTanc Hospitality located in Hyderabad. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining phone etiquette. The Hostess will also assist in ensuring smooth operations and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in handling reservations and maintaining phone etiquette
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
