Job Summary: The Greeter Executive is responsible for providing a warm, welcoming experience to all visitors, clients, and guests upon arrival. They serve as the first point of contact, setting a positive tone for the experience and ensuring a seamless guest interaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests upon their arrival with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Assist with visitor registration and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Provide information about the company or organization and its services as needed.
• Handle any special requests or concerns from visitors with prompt and professional attention.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest experiences (e.g., arranging meeting rooms, managing guest lists).
• Monitor and maintain the guest waiting area for comfort and readiness.
• Ensure visitor feedback is collected and shared with relevant teams to improve service.
