Greenway Sales Associate
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Ground Staff (GSA). This role involves covering 3 to 4 villages, working within a direct-to-consumer (D to C) framework. GSA will play a critical role in generating daily indents, connecting with the community, and ensuring smooth operations on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate within and manage the assigned 3 to 4 villages efficiently.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with the local community.
Reporting:
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Field Officer (FO).
Requirements:
• Required to work 26 days per month.
• Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of meeting daily targets consistently.
• Knowledge of the local area and community is a plus.
• Working in the D to C concept.
Incentive-Based Compensation:
• Earn ?40 per unit generated
• Daily IncentiveEligible for an additional ?75 per day.
