JD:
As a Team Lead , you will be responsible for leading a high-performing development team focused on building and maintaining scalable and robust applications.
Your expertise in .NET, C#, Java, and Angular, combined with your experience in REST APIs and DevOps toolchains, will drive innovation and efficiency in delivering quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying .NET-based applications.
Oversee the integration of C#, Java, REST APIs, and Angular into the technology stack.
Implement and manage DevOps pipelines and toolchains to ensure continuous integration and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality code is delivered.
Drive performance optimizations and scalability enhancements.
