Paint Shop Specialist at chennai 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  Manage serial production of automated PTCED plants integrated with topcoat, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.
  Develop in-depth understanding of PTCED processes, including pre-treatment steps such as degreasing, activation, phosphating, and water rinsing.
  Analyze and optimize pre-treatment process parameters to improve overall efficiency and quality.
  Expertise in handling phosphate sludge, AED vs. CED processes, ultra-filtration in electrolytic deposition, and EMT processes.
  Identify and resolve process and quality issues, implementing corrective actions to ensure optimal plant performance.
  Maintain a thorough understanding of plant maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  Oversee the Liquid Topcoat process in Auto OEM settings, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  Ensure strategic alignment of plant operations with business objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
