Vacancy for Injection Molding Industry for Quality, Production, Tool Room
Dear Candidate,
We are recruiting for Automobile and Automotive Sector at Chennai and Hosur
Qualification - Dip / BE Mech / Auto / ECE / EEE
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control & Process Monitoring:
Develop and implement inspection protocols and root cards to monitor production processes.
Ensure that forged products meet dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material specifications.
Monitor in-process and final product quality, working closely with the production team to address issues proactively.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and certificates of compliance.
Create and maintain control plans, PFMEAs, and other quality-related documentation.
Generate daily and monthly quality reports to track defects, rejections, and corrective actions.
Required Field Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Education Qualification : NTTF
Industry : Manufacturing & Automobiles
Shift Type : Rotational Shift
Reporting Person : Head of the Department
Age : 21-25
Gender: Male Only
Required Skills : Tool maintenance, Tool & Die setting, Sop's follow-up
