Scope of duties:

1. Technical inspection of machinery operation.

2. Preparing and managing maintenance plans.

3. Maintenance job preparation, planning of resources.

4. Control of maintenance work.

5. Installation supervision.

6. End of guarantee period equipment inspection.

7. Managing preparing modernization, ramp up capacity, development works.

8. Performing inspections of equipment to ensure that it is in good working order and

that safety precautions are being followed.

9. Maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and tools used in manufacturing

processes.

10. Installing and repairing equipment.

11. Evaluating possible causes of machinery failures and taking corrective action

where needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a related

field.

2. Minimum 3 years of success experience in machine building/mechanical

maintenance.

3. Extensive knowledge how to make and interpret technical manuals, schemes

and diagrams.

4. Knowledge of mechanical, electronic, automatic systems.

5. Thorough understanding of safety standards and regulations.

6. Ability to identify the problem, research potential solutions and implement a

solution.

7. Ability to learn how to operate maintain model production.

8. Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.

9. Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

10. Ability to motivate the team and lead by example.

11. Ability to work overtime.

12. Fluent English is preferable
