Mechanical Design Engineer: Product Design Development

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Required Skill Set:
  Concept Design, Part Splitup, ID to DFM Conversion, surface modeling.
  Plastic Design and sheet metal Design
  Plastic Product Manufacturing process skills set like FDM, SLA, SLS, Injection Moulding, and Silicon Moulding.
  Engg Basics & Calculations.
  Experience in IP Related Enclosure design.
  Thermal-related Problem solving skills.
  DFM, DFA & DFS.
  GD&T.
  Tolerance stack-up analysis.
  In-hand experience proto development, testing & validation.
  Should be able to develop a project from concept definition to production detail design.
  Critical thinking & problem solving.
  Understanding of E&E from a cross-functional team.
  Good communication and presentation skills.
  Written and oral communication.

Tools: Solidworks/Creo 2.0

Responsibilities:
  Project ownership from scratch to deliverable.
  Client management.
  Vendor management.
  Assist/lead product development internal team meetings.
