Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking field service engineers to join our team.
  Install and configure equipment or systems at customer sites.
  Ensure proper setup according to technical specifications and customer requirements.
  Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment.
  Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues to determine the cause and appropriate solution.
  Replace or repair faulty components as needed.
  Provide on-site support and technical assistance to customers.
  Communicate clearly with clients to understand their issues and provide solutions.
  Offer training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
  Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent.
  Document any changes or modifications made to equipment or systems.
  Complete service reports and submit them in a timely manner.
  Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  Adhere to industry regulations and standards related to equipment and service procedures.
  Manage and keep track of tools, equipment, and spare parts needed for service tasks.
  Order and replenish stock as necessary to ensure availability of required items.
  Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous interactions.
  Address customer feedback and concerns effectively and promptly.
  Apply technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to address and resolve complex issues.
  Stay updated with technological advancements and incorporate them into service practices when applicable.
  Travel to various client sites as required, which may involve overnight stays or long hours.
  Manage time effectively to meet scheduled appointments and deadlines.
  Communicate effectively with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and support, to relay important information and updates.
  Report any recurring issues or potential improvements to enhance service processes or product designs.
