Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
Experience with Excel and FMS .
Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
Understanding of employer branding strategies
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Professional certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus
Experience with diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives is a plus
