Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
LOCATION: chennai
Reporting to: Maintenance Head
Role & Responsibility:
• The Proven expertise in Injection Molding Machines, mainly in Hydraulic and all electric injection molding machines –
Range: 500MT to 3200MT ton Machines
• Work effectively with Auxiliary equipment machines Robots, chillers and Utility equipment machines like cranes, DGs, Compressors and Secondary operation equipment’s
• Work within maintenance and closely with the production groups to determine projects that increase value to the company
• Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery and instruments to increase machine up time / equipment reliability
• Maintenance and repair of injection molding machinery or other types of plastics processing machinery
• Able to conduct planning, scheduling and execution work for maintenance activities
• Update records of work activities, tasks carried out, parts used through stores and instruction passed on between shifts.
• Effective and efficient trouble shooting in case of breakdown and depreciation
