CNC / VMC - Machine Operators 

Responsibilities: 

Responsible for desired defect free output in Production. 

Responsible for De-burring as mentioned in Work Instruction. 

Tool pre - setting. In process inspection.

Maintaining of production log. 

Tool life recording Control of process rejections. 

Inform supervisor in case non-conformance in production and in the event of machine problems. Responsible for Work Station 5S. 

Understanding and adhering of department Significant Aspects/Impacts Understanding and adhering of department work instruction or procedures Adopt KAPL Waste Segregation Method Handling/storage/disposal of Hazardous waste /Hazardous chemical Chemical Spill response based on SDS Communicate the below mentioned information to department core team member as per internal

communication procedure Abnormal situation /Non-conformance Perform EMS relevant task as per department core team member instruction
