Responsibilities
Responding to emails and web chat inquiries from clients Provide product and service information to both present and potential clients. Ensure that your customer records are correct.Determine the top issues and forward them to the operations team and team leader. Participate fully in team meetings. Respond to every inquiry in a kind, knowledgeable manner.Investigate and troubleshoot client inquiries, then offer an appropriate and fulfilling solution. Client education regarding services and procedures Report any concerns to the Team Leader. Fulfill predetermined KPIs and objectives. Follow shift schedules exactly.
Role: Non Voice Process Executive
Experience: 1 to 4 years
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: From 15K per month
