Work in HR Executive Opportunities Available
Responsibilities
1. Manpower Planning: Identify manpower requirements and present them to the HR Head for approval.
2. s & Recruitment: Create job descriptions, post job advertisements, and manage the entire recruitment process, including reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates.
3. Scheduling & Coordination: Organize schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR-related activities.
4. External Agency Liaison: Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to ensure timely position closure.
5. Onboarding & Orientation: Oversee the orientation of new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
6. Employee Training: Conduct training sessions for both new and existing employees.
7. Employee Satisfaction: Ensure employees are satisfied with their roles and work environment.
8. Performance Management & Appraisals: Manage performance review processes and handle appraisals.
9. Record Keeping: Maintain employee records, attendance, and data for management review.
10. Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews with departing employees, gathering feedback for improvements.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per Month
