Responsibilities
For information, including the status of bills and the receipt of insurance claims, get in touch with insurance companies by phone (and email, if needed).Apply proprietary software, systems, and techniques to the analysis and evaluation of Workers Compensation claim payments.To find out if the medical provider has been paid, use the payment documents that payers have provided.Then, enter data accurately and quickly.Make careful to follow up over the phone with payers in a timely manner to make sure that claims and any supporting documentation are handled appropriately.
