Responsibilities
• Gathering, organizing, and preparing documents, supplies, and information for data entry.
• Conducting research to compile information for missing documents and supplies.
• Creating digital documents from voice recordings or paper papers.
• Verifying the accuracy of all records and data and reporting to the supervisor any errors or inconsistencies.
• Setting up digital databases and regular backups to save data.
• Keeping filing systems, databases, and archives current.
• Monitoring, reviewing, and correcting errors or consistency in databases.
• Producing and exporting documents, data reports, and spreadsheets as needed.
• Finishing administrative tasks like filing, keeping an eye on supplies for the office, scanning, and printing as needed.

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
