Voice Process Job Vacancies in Chennai Location

Responsibilities
- Achieve/Exceed Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales goals by engaging in outbound tele-sales activities, ensuring effective prospecting, and closing sales.
- Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls: Manage both inbound and outbound telephone calls, including cold-calling prospective clients, addressing inquiries, and setting up meetings to further sales opportunities.
- Client Need & Exposure Analysis: Conduct detailed need analysis for clients, assess their exposure to risks, and propose suitable solutions that meet their requirements.
- Negotiate with Clients and Underwriters: Engage in negotiations with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and close deals.
- Claims Handling and Service Resolution: Address and manage client concerns regarding claims, service issues, or any other operational matters to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Provide Accurate and Efficient Responses: Respond efficiently and accurately to client inquiries, providing potential solutions while ensuring clients feel supported and valued throughout the interaction.
- Maintain Industry Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry professionals, including local insurers, underwriters, and PR personnel, to foster collaboration and enhance service delivery.
- Adhere to Quality Policies: Ensure that all activities align strictly with the company’s quality policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Additional Duties as Required: Undertake any other responsibilities related to the job profile as assigned by management to meet business needs.
