Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
Query Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
Sales and Upselling: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer information.
Process Adherence: Follow established processes and guidelines.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, such as call volume, call quality, and sales targets.

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs
Qualification: 10th, 12th or Above
Location: In and Around Chennai

Salary: from 18K to 45K per month (Can be Negotiated)
