Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, such as email and chat. Specific tasks include:
- Responding Promptly and Professionally: Addressing customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Providing Detailed Information: Offering detailed information regarding customer orders, replacements, repair services, and warranty claims.
- Assisting with Purchases and Refunds: Guiding customers through the website for purchases, assisting with refunds for canceled orders, and resolving any other queries.
- Handling Warranty and Coupons: Helping customers with warranty claims and explaining how to utilize available coupons.
- Resolving Customer Issues: Efficiently addressing and resolving customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Staying Informed: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered by the e-commerce portal.
- Documenting Interactions: Accurately documenting customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
- Collaborating with Teams: Working closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Meeting Performance Targets: Achieving performance targets and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) set by the company.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: From 18K per month
