Responsibilities
- Manpower Collaboration: Work closely with business verticals to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment within the accepted turnaround time (TAT).
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, engagement, development, and retention through targeted interventions.
- Sourcing and Screening: Employ various sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates, review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Job Offers and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive job offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- HR Business Partnering: Perform additional HR business partner responsibilities as required to support overall HR functions.

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per month
