Responsibilities
In this role, you'll work with cross-functional teams to implement programs aimed at enhancing both internal and external quality in the manufacturing process. You'll develop and implement quality control strategies, procedures, and inspection protocols to ensure compliance with quality standards and legal requirements. By training the execution team in quality control methods, you'll foster a culture of excellence. Regular audits and inspections of raw materials, finished goods, and manufacturing processes will help identify areas for improvement. You'll analyze quality data, including defect rates and customer complaints, and engage in problem-solving techniques like root cause analysis and CAPA. Additionally, you'll prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality performance indicators for management review.

Experience: 5+ yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Related
Salary: From 35K per month
