Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal time management.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other essential documents with attention to detail.
- Communication Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are efficiently handled.
- Office Management: Ensure the office environment is well-organized, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary supplies to support daily operations.
- Equipment & Facilities Oversight: Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities, liaising with vendors as needed.
- Project Assistance: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to facilitate project success.
- Data Management: Maintain and update databases, filing systems, and records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and security.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations, providing critical support for decision-making.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per Month
