Responsibilities
Organize, plan, manage, and assess operations
Hold frequent meetings with the team and motivate them to produce the necessary outcomes.
Establish team targets and goals.
Determine the department's training needs and hold training sessions.
Update the knowledge base frequently, and let the team members know about any updates to the process.
Respond to escalations at the client and customer level.
Determine the trouble spots and promptly put strategic fixes in place.
