Responsibilities
1. Component Assembly: Assemble mechanical components and systems accurately based on technical drawings and blueprints.
2. Equipment Installation: Install machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment, fit, and functionality for seamless operation.
3. Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on machinery to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime.
4. Issue Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose mechanical problems, replace defective parts, and conduct necessary repairs or adjustments.
5. Tool Usage: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machine tools for fabricating, modifying, and assembling mechanical parts.
6. Machining Tasks: Perform tasks like drilling, grinding, cutting, and welding when required for component assembly or repair.
7. Quality Inspection: Inspect components and assemblies to ensure quality, precision, and adherence to specifications.
8. Functional Testing: Conduct functional tests on assembled machinery to verify proper operation and troubleshoot any issues.
9. Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems: Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring efficient operation.
10. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries, while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.

Experience: 1 to 4 years
Qualification: Any ITI Graduation
Salary: From 18K per month
