Additionally, the role requires keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and providing feedback on customer issues and trends. Contributing to the improvement of customer support processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency and enhancement, while upholding company policies and procedures and delivering excellent customer service at all times, is also a key aspect of this role.
