Responsibilities
expertise of fabrication processes such as welding, folding, plasma, and laser.
Knowledge of systems, quality standards, and a quality mentality
Create a maintenance plan, work with the appropriate teams to coordinate it, and carry it out without any problems.
Actual vs planned production according to client demand.
Effective planning is required for RM, consumables, spare parts, resources, etc., far in advance.
Planning work orders and activity forecasts.
In accordance with production, QMS, safety, and environmental criteria must be fulfilled.
Skills:
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve production issues.
Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in ECE
Salary: Based on company Norms
