Responsibilities
Search a variety of internet channels for possible applicants Create compelling email recruitment to draw in lapsed applicants. Review incoming application materials and resumes. a phone, video, and in-person interview with potential prospects Make and distribute tests in arithmetic, language, and logical reasoning, as well as assignments. Post job vacancies internally, on the company's careers page, on social media, and on job sites. Give recruiting managers shortlists of eligible applicants. Forward employment offer emails and respond to inquiries on pay and perks. Keep an eye on important HR indicators, such as hiring source, hiring time, and fill time. Attend job fairs and organize internal hiring activities. Work together with managers to determine future hiring requirements. Help new hires get onboarded by serving as their consultant.
