Responsibilities
In order to minimise plant and machinery equipment downtime and guarantee a prompt reaction at all times, respond to on-site difficulties.
Always try to minimise downtime for plants and equipment on the site.
Perform effective and efficient maintenance on tools and equipment throughout production, either by yourself or in collaboration with others.
should be capable of using every instrument in the toolroom, including the surface grinders, centre lathes, universal milling machines, and other hand tools.
Use planned, preventive, and predictive maintenance to meet plant uptime and maintenance KPls;
Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks.
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Diploma or BE in EEE
Salary: Based on company Norms
