Responsibilities
• Create and execute efficient hiring tactics to draw in suitable applicants.
Make use of a range of sourcing techniques, such as social media, job boards, networking, and recommendations.
• Establish a robust talent pipeline to meet present and future employment requirements.
· Examine applications and resumes to find qualified applicants.
· Perform preliminary phone interviews to evaluate applicants' credentials, backgrounds, and suitability for the position.
· Arrange interviews with hiring managers and schedule them.
· Hold in-depth interviews to assess the qualifications, background, and cultural fit of candidates.
· After interviews, give recruiting managers comments and suggestions.
· If necessary, help with the planning of technical examinations or assessments.
· Closely collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend objectives and job requirements.
Oversee communications with candidates during the hiring process to make sure they have a good experience.
