Qualifications and abilities
prior experience working in customer service Past performance exceeding quota excellent verbal and phone communication abilities along with attentive listening knowledge of CRM procedures and systems Prioritizing customers and accommodating varying personality types Capacity to prioritize tasks, multitask, and efficiently manage time a high school diploma
