Responsibilities
Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness by supervising the maintenance of high standards of housekeeping.
Providing top-tier management and administrative assistance for daily tasks pertaining to office and personnel administration
Supervising the various departments' administrative duties, such as facility upkeep, scheduling, transportation, etc.
Organizing and coordinating AMCs for office equipment repair with outside organizations
Preparing a material requirement plan in accordance with the specifications and keeping track of and maintaining inventory levels for all necessary products.
Keep track of all correspondence, both coming in and going out.
Acquiring office supplies, copiers, telephone systems, mobile phones, and facsimiles. evaluating the requirements, obtaining estimates in accordance with that information, and placing an order with a reliable supplier
Overseeing staff amenities such as car rentals, lodging reservations, travel desk operations, cafeteria administration, hotel reservations, and so forth.

Experience: 1 to 4 years
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per month
