Responsibilities
Responding to consumer emails and web chat inquiries
Provide information about your products and services to both present and potential clients.
Ensure that your customer records are accurate.Determine which concerns need to be escalated to the Operations Team and Team Leader.
Participate actively in team meetings
Respond to all inquiries in a courteous and competent manner.Investigate and resolve client concerns while offering an appropriate and fulfilling resolution.
Inform clients of services and procedures
Report any problems to the team leader.
Reach predetermined KPIs and goals.
Respect shift schedules to the letter.
