Responsibilities
Use scripts to communicate with current or new clients and tell them about a product or service.
Respond to enquiries regarding the company or its products.
Enquire to learn about the needs of the client and clinch deals.
When necessary, refer prospects to the field sales team.
Update and enter client data in the database.
To reach your sales goal and help future sales, go above and beyond.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Ability to build rapport with customers
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
Proficiency in using CRM software
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 35K per month (Negotiable)
